Here is a nutritional shake recipe I call "Dark Chocolate Cherry Delight".
8oz Chocolate soy milk or low fat milk.
(2) tablespoons Cookies n Cream protein shake mix.
(2) tablespoons Cherry yogurt.
Mix in blender (or shaker) and enjoy. Makes 12oz creamy milk shake. This simple recipe can be made in about 2 minutes and tastes so good it reminds you of a cool milk shake on a long hot summer day. I did say to use some imagination.
