Herbalife - One Size Does Not Fit All

Science and Nutrition Center at UCLA Mark Hughes (Founder of Herbalife Inc.) decided that he better consult with as many professionals as possible. His research lead to many breakthrough nutritional supplements.

Mark Hughes went on to become the go-to guy in the nutrition and weight loss community. Not being a scientist himself, Mr. Hughes hired other scientist to help develop the ShapeWorks weight loss programs. And so began the quest for the science of nutrition.

Even oil-free and non-comedogenic (non pore clogging) cosmetics can clog pores if worn during heavy exercise. When you’re done working out, wash your skin as soon as possible.

Clothing. If you’re prone to body acne, avoid garments made exclusively with lycra or nylon. Why? Some synthetic fabrics can trap the heat and moisture against your skin, creating a fertile breeding ground for the bacteria that contribute to acne.
