Fiber Facts
There are two types of fiber soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble
means it breaks down in water. Insoluble fiber does not break down
in water.
Apple fiber - an excellent source of soluble fiber. May help
prevent tooth decay by clearing away food particles and helps with
cholesterol.
Citrus fiber - derived from various forms of fruits.
Soy fiber - enables fat to be dispersed in water. Inhibits
fatty build up in bloodstream and vital organs.*
Sugarcane fiber - Insoluble fiber decreases bowel transit
time. Contributes to healthy bowel function.
