The best way to lose weight varies from person to person, each of us is unique and so is the way we gain and lose weight. It makes sense that we each gain and lose weight in a fashion that matches our lifestyles.

 

A decade ago I joined the family legacy - I became obese. Many family members think obesity is hereditary (it just runs in the family). Everyone gets it, except for the lucky ones. It is just accepted that we will all end up being obese and don't even try to lose weight.
