Getting Fit In the New Year

Getting fit is something you should do all year round and not just once or twice a year! You may not be the type of person to address their weight or physical appearance, however, staying fit is as much about what’s on the inside as it is about what’s on the outside.

A few rules to follow when it comes to exercising is to eat a substantial meal full of protein, fat and carbohydrates about four hours prior to your workout, as you get closer to your workout session you can snack on foods rich in carbohydrates.
