The Recipe

Make two Gallons (mix at different times).

To 1 gallon of water add:

9 Capfuls Herbal Aloe concentrate (9tspns) or 2 oz. Or 1/2 quart of Ready Herbal Aloe

2 teaspoons Herbal Concentrate. Green tea mix.

3-1/2 packets Protein Beverage Mix Peach Mango or Wild Berry flavors.
Tip: Mixing by hand is kind of messy. Try this - cut portion size in 1/2 and mix in a blender.

The Diet Plan

Day 1. Drink 2 gallons of liquid mixture. (if you can). Weigh and measure body fat. NO food, NO carbohydrates, dietary tablets are ok. Drink 16oz. glass every half hour for 8 hours.

Day 2. Drink 5 ShapeWorks Nutritional shakes (in skim milk or soy milk without fruit). Drink at least 64 oz water during the day. NO food, NO carbohydrates, dietary tablets are ok.

Day 3. Drink 2 shakes and eat 1 light meal. Drink at least 64 oz water during the day.

Day 4. Weigh and measure body fat. Then do regular weight loss program. Can be repeated once a month.

Science behind the program: It decreases Insulin release and increases Glucagon release and therefore it is a fat burner diet. It is not a program that gets rid of water weight. It is a fast fat burner program that melts away the pounds!
