Formula 1 with juice for an on the go breakfast.Be creative until you find the shake(s) that you love! Shakes=200 calories. You may optionally add 2–6 ice cubes to the shake recipes. 
Blend the ingredients & enjoy! Remember juice is high in calories. Use low-cal when possible. Use skim or soy milk for least amount of fat & calories. Helpful hint: use heaping tablespoons for more nutrition.

Apple Pie Ala Mode Root Beer Float Orange - Strawberry
8 oz. Apple Cider or Juice 2 Tbsp. Formula 1 Vanilla 2 Tbsp. Formula 1 Wild Berry
½ Tsp. Cinnamon Lg. Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Tsp. Pineapple Extract
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream  8 oz. Water or Ice 4 – 5 Fresh Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Formula 1 (V) 1 Tsp. Root Beer Extract  4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Bananaberry Mountain Breeze  Florida Fizz 
8 oz. Skim Milk 8 oz. Orange Juice 3 oz Fresh/Frozen Cran. Juice
¼ Banana  2 Tbsp. Formula 1 (WB) 1 oz Pineapple Juice
¼ fresh/frozen Blueberries 1 Strawberry 2 oz Herbal Aloe Juice
or Strawberries  ¼ Banana 2 T Formula 1 Vanilla or Wild Berry.  
2 Tbsp. Form. 1 (V or WB) Ice Blend first 4 ingredients first, then

Banana Cream Pumpkin Pie  Pina Colada Shake Recipe
8 oz. Skim Milk 8 oz Water or Skim Milk  2 Tbsp. Formula 1 (V)
¼ Banana + slices for top 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ½ Cup Skim Milk
2 Tbsp. Inst. Banana Pudding 2 tsp Ginger ½ Cup Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp. Formula 1 2 tsp Cinnamon 4-5 Pineapple chunks (fresh or can)
Blend together & top with  2 tsp Nutmeg ½ Tsp. Coconut Extract 
banana slices & low fat van.  2 tsp Allspice 4 – 6 Ice Cubes (optional)
