that we need water to survive. Water is the body's

constantly need to replace the water we use to stay
alive. If you don't get enough
water your body will
begin to store it. This is typically called water

will release this water and

One common misconception is that water weight is the
result of drinking too much water. Actually, just the
opposite is true. When you don't supply
your tissues with enough water the body will begin to
store it for later use. However, if you do get enough water into your
system your body will begin to flush out excess or

#2 - Boost Metabolism
Many weight loss experts tell us to boost our
metabolism to lose weight. The theory is that if
you have higher metabolism you will burn more
