First of all Happy New Year to all. Update to my lose 10 pounds in a month: I made it, I reached the goal I set out to make. Oh what a wonderful feeling. Making your weight loss goals gives you a sense of self satisfaction. Any achieved goal will do that yet when it comes to your health there is added fulfillment.

Update: Day 13 of my lose 10 pounds in a month weight loss program. I did it again, I lost another pound, That brings my total to 6 pounds lost so far. Am I doing great or what? I think that is pretty good. So the question is can I skip a day and pig out once in a while?
