Cleansing With Herbalife Weight Loss Program
Can I take the Cleansing with Herbalife Weight Loss Program? Or do I have to take the cleansing program first? I desperately need to lose weight in the next 3 months before we I go back to school. So if I take the 21 Day Cleansing Program first then the Herbalife Ultimate weight loss program. Can make it to my ideal weight?
----------------------------
Yes you can!
You can do the weight loss program concurrently with the 21 day cleansing program. Or you could do them separately it all depends on how you react. Here's is what happens for new dieters. As they begin to lose weight i.e. burn fat as fuel the cells in the body begin to rejuevenate themselves. A side effect to this is the release of toxins and pollutants contained with in the fat cells.
The 21 cleansing program is intended to clean out these toxins and pollutants. This action will increase the effect of your weight loss program. The body tends to surround toxins and pollutants with fat cells to prevent them from negatively affecting your vital organs. When these toxins are released they circulate through the blood stream for elimination by the kidneys and liver. So it is best to do this slowly. Hence the 21 day regimen.
The main concept of the
Herbalife Ultimate Weight Loss Program is to give your body superior nutrition so that it can rebuild, replace or rejuevenate the body at the cellular level.
Reaching your ideal weight is calculated as weight loss over time. Health care professionals have determined that safe weight loss is between 3 and 5 pounds per week for the average adult. The above average adult can lose more than that depending on the amount of weight that person can lose.
To reach your ideal weight you can calculate how fast you can safely lose weight. So if you want to lose 50 pounds you can safely do so in 10 weeks at a rate of 5 pounds of weight loss per week.
The Ultimate weight loss program is designed for 5 pounds of weight loss per week. All Herbalife programs contain about a 1 month supply of products. However this can be stretched out by decreasing the amount of consumption. You can also save money by only replacing those supplements that you run out of.

Ultimate Weight Loss Program Knowing your ideal weight is critical to the success of any weight management program. This knowledge allows you to set a goal. By knowing the goal of your efforts you are able to arrive at the solution. Find your weight loss solution?
Suppose you need to lose more than 50 pounds. You can then try to lose more than 5 pounds per week but not more than 10 pounds safely. However below 50 pounds you should try to lose no more than 5 pounds per week. The reason for this is that you do not want your body to go into starvation mode.
Starvation mode is when the body does not get proper nutrition and attempts to store energy for future use, thus you gain weight. This is the cause of rebound weight gain. Losing weight too quickly almost certainly causes rebound weight gain.
Unfortunately during rebound weight gain the body doesn't normally come out of starvation mode when it reaches it's pre-diet weight. It tends to keep going thereby causing dieters to gain more than had before dieting.

Many dieters misunderstand rebound weight gain and attempt to increase their diet by reducing calories and nutrition intake even more. Which usually sends the body back into starvation mode. This is called yo-yo dieting and can be more detrimental than discontinuing the diet altogether.
What happens when you reduce calories and nutrition intake too much is you also reduce your immune system's ability to fight off disease. Ideally losing weight slowly and safely will give you the ability to strengthen your immune system at the same time.
When a weight loss program is done properly the dieter usually feels much better than before. Not only are they lighter but stronger as well and the immune system is improved as well. Most successful weight loss programs also result in having more energy and stamina.
Getting back to your question "can I take the cleansing with Herbalife weight Loss program concurrently?" Yes you can. However, there is such a thing as nutrition overload. My recommendation is to cut the frequency in half when first starting the program.
Here is a plan that gets you accustomed to losing weight without going into nutrition overload. For the first week take the AM/PM cleansing formula as recommended. But have only one shake and one round of supplements per day. Eat 2 regular light meals per day and one or two
high protein snacks. This gets your body used to the improved nutrition without shocking your system.

For the second week continue with the
AM/PM 21 Day cleansing program but add the second shake in place of a light meal. Eat one regular light meal per day and one or two high protein snacks.
In the third week of the program increase your supplement intake to 2 times per day while continuing the AM/PM cleansing program and have two meal replacement shakes per day.
By the fourth week you will have exhausted the AM/PM cleansing supplements. Continue the
Herbalife Ultimate Weight Loss Program as recommended.
With this plan you may not lose weight in the first week or two. But after that your body should be well acclimated to the improved nutrition. When that occurs your fat burning furnace is primed and ready to be stoked. By the fourth week you should begin to see a steady weight loss rate.
Continue doing the cleansing with Herbalife weight loss program for three months and you can expect to lose between 30 and 65 pounds safely and successfully. However to accomplish this you must be consistent with the program throughout it's duration. Skipping days and taking the weekend off will not work.
Keep in mind that losing weight slowly is not only safer but also increases your success rate and decreases the occurance of rebound weight gain. Weight loss success is defined as losing weight and keeping it off permenently.
