Ingredients 4 Tbsp Formula 1 Chocolate, Vanilla or Cookies n Cream 1 Cup low-fat milk 8 oz. Vanilla pudding 1/2 Banana 1/4 Cup Coconut flakes 1 Ready Made pie crust	Directions Mix ingredients together until thick (except pie crust). A blender works well. Pour mixture into pie crust and chill in freezer for at least 3 hours. Top with fat-free whipped topping. Cut into 8 pieces. Cover and store in refrigerator.
