I like the chocolate fudge bars myself.
When you need energy like I did turn to high protein energy bars. I had a project that required being in an auto factory 10 hours a day, for 5 straight weeks. It was high summer and the temperature inside the plant was 80+ degF all day long. After a few days of that I was ready to quit.
I quickly learned that to keep up I needed to replace the energy I was burning. Sure I was losing weight due to the heat and the work. What I didn't like was getting burned out too early. So... I turned to high protein energy bars. You know those candy bars that are good for you and give you energy.
Yup, they work. The first thing I noticed was increased stamina. I was able to work all day long and still have enough energy left at the end of the day to do normal things, like drie home.
I was packing them into my to go cooler every day. At break time I would have one and the heat seemed to be a lot more bearable.
My reccomendation is if you think you may need more energy during the day try a high protein energy bar. They are easy to carry and you don't need to prepare or cook them like other energy snacks.
