Mocha-Choco-Latte-YaYa A New Recipe from Kathy S.
Just had to share with you - I just made my first ever "Diet Pie" - using the basics from the Shake Recipes Cookbook, I created a pie that I'm now calling "Mocha-Choco-Latte-YaYa"

I used a chocolate pie crust, 2 cups Chocolate Fudge sugar-free pudding
1/2 cup of Cafe Latte with 1/2 cup of Cookies 'n Cream Shake mix. A little dollop of Cool Whip to top it off.

In a bowl mix all ingredients (except pie crust) until smooth. Place mixture in pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings

I'm feeling very full - and almost guilty!

My name is Maria F. I started the weight loss Challenge on 01/08/08 I weighed in at 286 and was drinking only sweet tea and Pepsi. I was drinking at least a half gallon of tea and 4 to 6 20oz. Pepsi's a day.

I was also taking 16-20 Ibuprofen and 4-6 Darvaocet's for migraine headaches, 2-4 Loperamide for diarrhea, 1 -150 mg Wellbutrin XL,
1-2 Tradazone for depression, 1-3 Valium for anxiety.

Then...I started the weight loss challenge.

I started out my ShapeWorks weight loss program with just the herbal tea and nutritional shakes. Then I got the multivitamin, then the Total Control and Cell –U-Loss, Well, in my first week I lost 7 lbs and the 2nd week I lost another 3.5 lbs.

Which I think is great but the best thing is that since starting the program, I am down to about 2-4 Ibuprofen for my headaches and that's it! I no longer take any other med's. :)

I am so happy, I have not even needed the depression medication. I love the Herbalife weight loss program. And I am looking forward to many years of being healthy even after I lose all
the weight.
