ShapeWorks Weight Loss Program
I have recently started using Herbalife. However I am 260pds and want to get to 130pds. I have been started on the Starter Package (QuickStart Protein Plus) which includes the Shake mix, Herbal Tea, Cell Activator and the Multivitamin. I have a Shake for breakfast but I have found that 2 hours later that I am hungry again. Should I be taking more products? or am I mixing this wrong. Two scoops of Shake, 2 Protein Powder, Soya Milk..Need help weight must go...

Dear desperate, sounds like your mixing the shakes properly. So that is okay. You didn't mention about taking a shake for lunch as well.

As for in between meal hunger that should subside as you lose weight. In the mean time you may want to consider having between meal weight loss snacks to keep your energy and metabolism up.
Between meal hunger is quite common for new dieters. Don't try to avoid eating at these times. It is actually better to satisfy the hunger than to ignore it.
When you are hungry it is a sign that your body wants more fuel to burn. When dieting you want your body to burn fat. So the trick is to raise your metbolism so you can burn fat. Being hungry means you don't have the fuel your body wants.
