Before joining Herbalife I weighed around 76 Kgs. and I had severe Knee pain, along with back ache and neck stiffness.

I used to drink lot of coffee and tea daily.I joined Herbalife on 2nd May 2009 and started using the products. Also I stopped drinking coffee and tea. First I started taking only Formula I (Nutritional Shake Mix) and Afresh (energy booster) for 10 days. All these days I did not check my weight loss.

Then I started taking the full (weight loss) Programme of Formula I, Formula II (multivitamins), Formula III (protein powder) and Activated Fibre, along with Afresh.

From the 2nd week onwards I checked my weight every week and to my surprise I was losing weight @ 1.5 Kgs. every week. Within 2 months I lost 13 Kgs (28.6 pounds) of weight and attained the weight which is equal to my height.

From then onwards I am maintaining the same weight for the last 5 months and now I do not have any knee pain, back ache and neck stiffness.

Now my energy levels have also gone up and I am feeling younger by 5 years.
