Update: I lost 4 pounds in my first 4 days of this weight loss plan. I started with a modified LaBomba diet and only did the first day, of the 3 day fat burner. Nevertheless, I'm down 4 pounds from my original weigh in. So far, so good. The LaBomba diet (day 1) is designed to cleanse your insides and get the body to start burning fat. So I'm off to a good start.

What is LaBomba day 1? It is 2 gallons of water with Protein Beverage Mix, Herbal Concentrate green tea mix and Aloe juice. It is a very tasty and satisfying beverage.

A nice long (swift) walk will do the job nicely. What your aiming for is a higher caloric burn rate over time. What can be easier and more cost effective than leaving the car at home when you need to go out for something.

Encouragement: I walked a mile today to the post office, in ten minutes less time than it took me 3 days ago. I also wore my heavy boots for extra calorie burn. Okay, the boots are great for walking because they have hard soles and are very comfortable. So keep on walking, you can lose weight and get things done at the same time.

More weight loss tip1, get your metabolism revved up so you can burn fat. Then plan to do light aerobic exercise like walking.
